During the COVID-19 downtime Circle Solutions was working on modifications to enhance their electronic sign-in system to ensure club customers are in the best position to maintain Covid-19 entry requirements.
The new modifications to the Club Solution will ensure that venues meet all requirements for reopening, plus useful extra options, and include:
- Ability to sign in/sign out all patrons, including visitors, members and their dependants
- Track capacity via patron counts at any given time
- Add the ability to collect visitor phone numbers when signing into a venue
The founders of Circle Solutions opened the business in 2001, with a vision that the expanding hospitality industry needed a better way to streamline visitor management processes, enhance compliance and keep up with the need to increase security.
One founder had extensive experience in the hospitality industry, whilst the other bought their IT background and skills. Together their combined expertise was leveraged to develop an electronic ID scanning product range which is utilised by over 250 clubs, pubs and nightclubs across Australia.
