From The Drop Team

Things have changed very quickly for our whole industry with extreme steps taken to protect the most vulnerable in our communities by temporarily closing our clubs, casinos, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Everyone has been deeply affected during this most stressful change, from the frontline venues to the many business suppliers connected through the wider industry.

The Drop will continue to provide industry news and information throughout the business break to keep the readers up to date with what is happening both in Australia and around the world during the shutdown period.

We will endeavour to ensure content will be positive and practical and not heavily burdened with information on how to wash our hands! We have had more than enough of that recently.

Instead, stories will concentrate on developing personal business skills, strategic planning ideas and preparation for reopening, as well as similar experiences and news from fraternal industries around the world.

We will continue to publish stories on behalf of our industry suppliers where possible whose businesses are also restricted by temporary closures. These suppliers have products that are relevant to your plans for reopening and will have information on how they can best assist you when we relaunch.

Most of all, we wish that everyone, along with your families, stay safe and healthy
